Join our Family

Once you have made the decision to join us you can choose to:

• pop into the school office and complete the necessary enrolment forms or
• print out the forms below and bring them into school to enrol.

When you come to the school office you will need:

• your child’s birth certificate or passports (original documents must be presented)
• your child’s Baptism certificate (if you have one)
• two forms that show proof of address- council tax and utility bill or similar- (original documents must be presented)
