At St Andrew’s we believe the emotional health and wellbeing of children is at the heart of everything we do. In October 2019 we (pupils, staff and parents) completely rewrote our Anti-Bullying Procedure and subsequently updated it in May 2021 and renamed it Anti-Bullying and Discrimination Procedure. Our pupil led Equalities Group are updating our current pupil version of the policy (due October 2021) along with improved mechanisms for pupils to report bullying and discrimination to senior staff.
